How much does it cost?

Routine Telemedicine evaluation start at: $75 (9 AM- 5 PM) and $100 (after-hours and weekends)
Payment methods

Major debit/credit card can be used to pay for our services . Convenient payments such as Square and Zelle are also available.

Payment Notice: Please note that when your debit or credit card is processed through Square, the charge will appear as EQMedical PA operating as 915Med on your bank statement.
Is Insurance Accepted?
